Saudi Arabian Musician’s Cover of “Jai Ho” is Quite Possibly Better Than Original

Heresy. Or is it? YouTube cover song maestro Alaa Wardi, called the “Bolly magician” by the Times of India just released his own unique version of the hit song “Jai Ho” from Slumdog Millionaire and it’s kinda like the best thing ever. But I’ll let you decide. The one-man a capella musician generates all sounds for his covers using his mouth and/or other body parts. For this particular tune, Wardi teamed up with American Peter Hollens and the two alternate between singing the Hindi part and providing the melody. The result is magical.
