Reporter is surprised to find that Delhi’s metro is bovine free: Here’s part of a Telegraph reporter’s description of Delhi’s Metro system: “The platforms are wide and litter-free. Raising awareness of intimate partner violence: A new calendar highlights the accomplishments of South Asian women while raising money to combat domestic violence. The organization Saris to Suits recently released their 2014 calendar, which highlights South Asian women from across the country for their careers and accomplishments. Proceeds go to Raksha and the Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center, two organizations that work with South Asian domestic violence victims. For more info visit the Saris to Suits website.
Zayn goes Bollywood, sort of: As part of YouTube’s 1D Day on Saturday, One Direction members Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson awkwardly danced in a Bollywood routine with members of So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Nakul Dev Mahajan’s dance troupe.
