Who Do I Have to Talk to About Getting Alisha Chinai to Record a Lana Del Rey EP?

Hi, who do I have to talk to about getting Bollywood playback queen/”Made In India” superstar Alisha Chinai to record an EP of Lana Del Rey covers? For the uninitiated (shame on you, btw), this is one of the landmark Bollywood moments she is responsible for:

This is a very pressing matter to me. It’s important to me that we find a way to accomplish the following:

  • Have LDR’s people give Chinai’s the go-ahead for Chinai to record some songs for an EP.
  • Have Chinai translate these LDR gems into Hindi for maximum impact.
  • Make sure that “Ultraviolence”, “Gods & Monsters”, “Born to Die”, “Summertime Sadness”, “Young & Beautiful”, and “Shades of Cool” are among the songs she records.
  • Give Chinai a huge video budget with which she can film music videos to go along with these songs.

It’s a very pressing matter to me — and to anybody with ears, really — because Chinai is one of the best Bollywood talents out there. And also because she has a proven track record with taking the greatest hits by iconic American performers — and making them her own. Like this EP of Madonna covers she recorded.

If further proof of Chinai’s inherent diva prowess is required, see her “Made In India” video below:

And look, the seed’s already been planted:

So, who do I have to talk to about making this project happen, please reply at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
